Former Indian skipper and batting superstar Virat Kohli is all set to be in action with Team India in the highly anticipated World Test Championship 2023 final against Australia. Both teams will be taking on each other in this big clash at The Oval in London on the 7th of June.
Meanwhile, the Indian batting veteran Kohli has come up with a statement ahead of the match against Australia. He felt that he needs to elevate and raise his game against the Australians.
"I've to raise and elevate my game against Australia. They're very competitive, their skill set is very high. My motivation increases even more now, I've to give my best against them,” said Kohli to Star Sports.
Although this statement from the veteran of 108 Tests for India happened to put him on the receiving end of some harsh trolls on the micro-blogging site Twitter. Fans took a dig at Kohli by reminding some of his poor outings in overseas conditions.
