Following the completion of the first round of the 20-20 World Cup 2022, teams are preparing for the Super 12 Stages. The tournament features 16 teams, eight of which were already qualified for the super 12 stages. The remaining eight teams competed in the first round, with four (West Indies, Namibia, Scotland, and UAE) being eliminated.

After qualifying, the Netherlands and Zimbabwe joined Group 2, including India, Pakistan, South Africa, and Bangladesh. Ireland and Sri Lanka, on the other hand, joined Australia, England, New Zealand, and Afghanistan in Group 1. From October 22nd to November 6th, the Super 12 Stages will be in action.
