Pakistan will be up against Scotland in match number 41 of the ongoing 20-20 World Cup. The Babar Azam-led team has a chance to maintain a clean slate in the Super 12 stage and make it five in five. The opponents they are facing have slipped and lost the plot horribly in the Super 12 stage. The only solace for the Kyle Coetzer-led team is they managed to run New Zealand close.

Barring that, the batting has flopped and the task gets even tougher against Pakistan, who have the likes of Shaheen Shah Afridi, Harris Rauf and Imad Wasim in their arsenal. Pakistan batting also looks complete, with Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan going full throttle at the top. The duo have been in some form in the T20Is this year. The latter has been a notch above the former and has already won two Player of the Match awards in the showpiece event.

Meanwhile, Scotland suffered a crushing defeat against India. However, the likes of Richie Berrington, Michael Leask, and Bradley Wheal have performed well. Given the unpredictable nature of the format, if other players contribute as well, Scotland can hope of causing an upset against Pakistan.
