However, there are only a few Indian players who dominated with the bat in a Test series for Team India. Here is a list of 4 cricketers with the most runs in a Test series for India:

4. Virat Kohli (655 runs vs England)

Virat Kohli ran riot with the bat in a Test series between England and India back in 2016. In the 5 Test matches against England, Virat Kohli amassed a total of 655 runs for India. Kohli amassed a total of 2 hundred, maintaining a superb batting average of 109.16. Kohli also amassed a double century in the 2016 Test series between India and England.

3. Virat Kohli (692 runs vs Australia)

Current Indian skipper Virat Kohli batted brilliantly in a Test series between India and Australia back in 2014. Kohli amassed an impressive 692 runs for India in the Test series against Australia. Kohli racked up a total of 3 centuries for India, followed by a sublime knock of 169.
