India will face Australia away from home on 27 November. The ODI Series is set to commence in 4 days and this will be the first series to be conducted in front of a jam-packed crowd this year.

We will get to see the likes of some similar faces in the Indian Team. However, there are also some players who will make their first appearance for the blue army. Given below is a list of 4 players who have never played against Australia away from home:

1. T Natarajan

SRH’s find for the season, T Natarajan grabbed some impressive figures in IPL 2020 this season. Picking up 16 wickets this season in 16 matches, Natarajan was instrumental to SRH’s qualification for the playoffs. Called the "Yorker King", Natarajan bowled an astonishing 71 yorkers this season.

He was also hailed by Kapil Dev, who called him the hero of the season. With the injured Chakravarthy dropped from the squad, Natarajan will make his debut for India in the series.

2. Navdeep Saini

Saini might not be the best bowler RCB had this season, but he was an inherent part of the bowling department. Saini led the RCB bowling in the powerplay, picking up 6 wickets in 13 games. His clever bowling tactics and variety in bowling earned him a spot in the Indian team for all 3 formats.

3. Mayank Agarwal

After KL Rahul, Mayank Agarwal was by far KXIP’s best batsman. Hammering 424 runs in just 11 matches, Agarwal was at the frontline of KXIP.s comeback in the latter half of the season. His strike rate of 156.45 was one of the highest among the best performing batsmen this season.

Agarwal has appeared against Australia on previous occasions. However, this is the first time he will play an ODI match against Australia. Owing to his heroics with the bat, Agarwal earned a spot for all 3 formats in the Indian Team.

4. KL Rahul

KL Rahul truly deserves a position in this Indian Team. Spearheading Punjab this season, Rahul was the best batsman this season, winning the Orange Cap. The KXIP captain smashed an insane 670 runs in just 14 matches, averaging at 44.86 this season. This is the third consecutive season in which Rahul smashed 500+ runs.

It is quite surprising that Rahul hasn’t played a single ODI against Australia. With the Vice-Captain role assigned to Rahul this time, he might finally play one against Australia.
