Kagiso Rabada ruled out of England ODI series due to injury

South Africa was facing England for the T20I series recently, where the Proteas were fighting to avoid the whitewash. The Eoin Morgan's side overwhelmed them and took the entire spotlight in the T20I arrangement. In the most recent news event, South Africa's star pacer Kagiso Rabada has been ruled out of the ODI series. He went down with an adductor strain.

Rabada will be out for 3 weeks. Cricket South Africa has confirmed that Rabada has been released to ensure that he goes through legitimate recovery. The player will be recovering to be ready for the two-match Test series against Sri Lanka, scheduled for late December.

England and South Africa will be facing each for the three ODIs beginning from December 4 in Cape Town. Kagiso Rabada is a key piece in South Africa's bowling set up.

In IPL 2020, Rabada took the entire spotlight. He finished first in the Purple Cap race with 30 wickets. The pacer of the Delhi Capitals assumed a vital role in pushing the team to its first IPL Final.
