The former Indian Test specialist Murali Vijay has come up with a blunt and aggressive tweet for the former veteran Indian batter from Mumbai, Sanjay Manjrekar. The 38-year-old former Chennai opener recalled an incident that happened on day 1 of the ongoing first Nagpur Test between India and Australia.

Although Vijay did not late in coming up with a brutal response to Sanjay Manjrekar’s surprise. He came with a tweet from his handle targeting Manjrekar for not praising the south zone players.
“Some Mumbai ex-players can never be appreciative of the south!” wrote Murali Vijay in his latest tweet.

Notably, the veteran of 61 Tests for India scored 3982 runs with an average of 38.28 including 12 centuries and 15 half-centuries. Before he announced his retirement last month in January, Murali Vijay had made his last Test appearance for India in the Perth Test against Australia back in 2018.
Since then, he couldn’t make it to the national side of India in either of the formats of the game. Apart from Test cricket, Vijay also played 17 ODIs and 9 T20Is in the Indian colors.
