The stage is set in Melbourne as India will take on arch-rivals Pakistan on 23 October 2022. After losing against Pakistan in the last 20-20 World Cup, India will look to do well this year. Even, Indian fans are also hoping for the same as they are eagerly waiting for the mega clash.

Fans of both teams have already reached Melbourne. They even were seen enjoying the team’s net sessions ahead of the match. Now, a video went viral where both Indian and Pakistani fans were seen enjoying their respective team’s practice sessions. During that time, Indian fans respond to a chant from Pakistani fans which sounded very funny to the fans.

Pakistan defeated India by 10 wickets in the 20-20 World Cup 2021

Speaking of the video, both teams’ fans were enjoying the net sessions. During that, some Pakistani fans came up with a chant, which sounds like “Jitega bhai jitega Pakistan jitega.” (Only Pakistan will win.) As soon as the chant ended, some Indian fans replied: “Agle Janam Mein." (In the next birth only.) Other fans also found it funny as they also joined in the banter. 

Speaking about the match, rain threats are looming over the clash between India and Pakistan. But, still, fans are hoping the match to go on. Speaking about the weather, both Rohit Sharma and Babar Shared opened up in the press conference. Babar Azam said that no one has any control over the weather.

On the other hand, Rohit Sharma said: “In hindsight, if you look at it (the toss), yes, it does become a little important. But again, I’ve been hearing about Melbourne weather for a while now, and it keeps changing. You don’t really know what is going to happen tomorrow. The things that are in our control, we’ll try and control that, which is we’ll have a good training session today, go back, relax and get ready for tomorrow. As simple as that. We need to come here thinking that it’s a 40-over game. We will be ready for that.”
