Virat Kohli stepped down as India's Test captain last Saturday. He made the decision just 24 hours after the team's Test series loss to South Africa. Kohli relinquished Test captaincy with immediate effect, having led the team for seven years. Under his reign, the Indian team was at the pinnacle of the Test rankings for 42 months and remained undefeated in all home Test series.
As Virat Kohli officially decided to step down as India's Test captain, the top brands came forward to give former skipper a pat on the back for doing a marvelous job. Industrialist Anand Mahindra lauded Virat Kohli for his fearless attitude.

Taking to Instagram, sportswear brand Puma thanked Virat Kohli for making away games feel like home games. Kohli had signed a 110 crore deal with Puma in 2017 for a period of eight years

Meanwhile, luxury car manufacturer Audi also had a wonderful message for Virat Kohli.
"He (Virat Kohli) has been a part of the Audi India family for a long time and is clearly a great fit for the brand, as both exemplify brilliant innovation in their performance," said Audi India Head Balbir Singh Dhillon as quoted by Economic Times.

As per reports, India's limited-overs captain Rohit Sharma is set to be appointed as Virat Kohli's Test successor.
