Bollywood actress Jhanvi Kapoor has begun her training for the role in ‘Mr. and Mrs. Mahi,’ a film rumoured to be inspired by the lives of former Indian captain MS Dhoni and his wife Sakshi Dhoni. The movie is expected to release in October.
The actress posted a closeup of her sporting the cricket gear along with other photos on Instagram. Indian cricketer Dinesh Karthik was seen in those photos. Sharan Sharma, the director of the film, was also spotted. Dharma Productions, owned by Karan Johar, will be producing the film.

Rajkumar Rao will play the role of Mahendra, while Janhavi Kapoor will play the role of his wife Mahima. This is not the first film on the life of MS Dhoni. Earlier, a movie named MS Dhoni: The untold story was also made on the life of MS Dhoni. The movie was a blockbuster on the Silver screen.
The duo of Rajkumar Rao and Jhanvi Kapoor was last seen in the horror-comedy ‘Roohi.’ Sharan Sharma, the film director, previously made ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl,’ also starring Jhanvi Kapoor.
Meanwhile, MS Dhoni is reported to be in Chennai, working with the management of the Chennai franchise for the upcoming Indian T20 League mega auctions. He was retained by the franchise as their captain, and he will now build the team for the upcoming seasons. The World Cup-winning captain has a life story worthy of a film, as he guided India to the three major multi-national titles.
