On 10 November 2022, team India’s journey in the 20-20 World Cup came to an end. The Men in Blue lost their semi-final against England in Adelaide. On 9 November, Pakistan defeated the Kiwis and qualified for the final of the ongoing tournament. So, fans were hoping to see another mega clash between these arch-rivals in the final.
But, England shattered that dream as they defeated India by 10 wickets in Adelaide. However, now a video has gone viral where Shoaib Akhtar was seen trolling Mohammad Kaif on a live TV show before the clash between India and England.

“Indian cricket is at the lowest right now” - Shoaib Akhtar
Speaking of the video, Mohammad Kaif was seen saying that Pakistan will not win the trophy if India qualify for the final. In reply to that, Shoaib Akhtar said that first, tell India to qualify, and then we would see. He even warned Kaif that they would cry if England managed to defeat them.
At the end of the video, Shoaib Akhtar said that Pakistan will win the real cup. While, India will get the only cup to drink tea (Apko milega chai ka cup). However, after the loss against England, Shoaib Akhtar slammed Rohit Sharma and his men. He said: “Indian fast bowling ke paas express fast bowlers nahi hai. Cut-throat spinners nahi hain. Confusing selection ke saath India andar gaya, aur badi maar khaayi. Conditions ke fast bowlers hain India ke, jahan conditions mil gayi toh khelte rahenge. Lekin very disappointing performance from India. India doesn't deserve to meet us in MCG, or be allowed to take a flight to come to Melbourne because unki cricket aaj expose hui hai.”
