Australia is preparing for their upcoming home series against India and has announced their ODI and T20I squads. India will visit Australia to clash with them in 3 ODIs, T20Is before they lock horns in 4-match Test Series during December.

Australia has given some surprise call to some new faces. They have included the names like the uncapped all-rounder Cameron Green and veteran all-rounder Moises Henriques. The team left out the injured all-rounder Mitchell Marsh. Not just Marsh, but also Nathan Lyon, Andrew Tye, Riley Meredith, and Josh Philippe. These cricketers were part of the squad that played against England during the last month.

Cameron Green and Moises Henriques playing for the upcoming home series

With just 21 years of age, Cameron Green has played just nine ODI and 13 T20s for Western Australia and Perth Scorchers, respectively. However, his performances in the domestic circuit have caught the attention of the cricket experts. The young all-rounder has recorded a knock of 197 runs in the ongoing Sheffield Shield tournament. Earlier this year, he has scored an unbeaten knock of 158* runs in the domestic circuit.

Cameron Green averages 21 in first-class cricket with the ball. He has even a five-wicket haul record on his name. He made this record on his debut when he was just 17-year-old. He was suffering from back injuries for months. However, he is now set to get back to the field to bowl in the Sheffield Shield from this week.

On the other hand, Moises Henriques hasn't played for Australia since 2017. In the upcoming home series, he will play in place of Mitchell Marsh. He has participated in the Big Bash League, earlier this season. Henriques has led Sydney Sixers to glory. During the season, he had a strike rate of around 150.
