After achieving this feat he received a standing ovation from the crowd and coach Darvin Ham patted him on the chest.

LeBron James the NBA legend came into the match with 39,991 points under his belt after his match against Washington Wizards. In the match against the Washington Wizards, LeBron James scored 31 points and was on the verge of creating history.

James achieved a milestone

"And for me to be in this position and time in my career, I think it's pretty cool. Does it sit at the top of the things I've done in my career? No. But does it mean something? Of course. Absolutely.
