Former Pakistan pacer Sohail Khan is currently hitting the social media headlines for his recent blunt and explosive remarks about the former Indian skipper and batting Superstar Virat Kohli. The 38-year-old was recently in a chat show of famous Pakistani YouTuber Nadir Ali where he went on to say a couple of controversial things about the 34-year-old Indian batting great.

"Virat Kohli came to me and told me I talk too much despite being a newcomer in the team. I told him 'son, when you were playing for India U19, I was playing Test cricket for Pakistan'. I have been playing Tests for Pakistan since 2006 then I got injured," said Sohail Khan while recalling one of his faceoffs against Virat Kohli during the ODI World Cup of 2015.

Although these remarks from Sohail Khan didn’t go down well with a big section of Indian Cricket Fans they immediately took to Twitter to slam the Khyber-based domestic cricket bowling great of Pakistan.

Here’s how fans reacted:

Speaking of Sohail Khan’s international cricketing career for Pakistan, he hadn’t made a more international appearance more than 9 Tests, 13 ODIs, and 5 T20Is. In these appearances, Sohail scalped 27 Test wickets, 19 ODI wickets, and 5 T20I wickets respectively.

Apart from that, he had a very celebrated First-Class and List-A career to his name with 516 wickets in 121 First-Class appearances and 167 scalps in 91 List-A appearances with 37 and 7 five-wicket hauls respectively.

Whereas on the other hand, Virat Kohli is now only 4 centuries away from breaking the world record of 49 ODI centuries that former legendary Indian batter Sachin Tendulkar owns.
