Now, the Indian management has faced another blow as the star middle-order batter Shreyas Iyer is likely to miss the continental tournament later this year. He is still recovering from the back injury that he sustained a couple of months ago.

“Iyer recently took an injection for his back pain at the Indian Cricket Board’s National Cricket Academy. His back is still giving him trouble,” said a source to the Times of India.

Just after this statement from the Indian Cricket Board source, a section of the Indian cricket fans took it as an opportunity to come up with some harsh and trolling remarks for both the Indian team and the management.
