As per recent repots, the former Pakistan skipper Imran Khan gets injured in a firing during his 'freedom' rally in Wazirabad.

Pakistan Cricket team are currently busy playing the ongoing 20-20 World Cup. However, they have managed to win only one game out of their first three games.  On 3 November 2022. They took on South Africa in Sydney. However, fans were not happy with the performance they have shown so far in the tournament.

Even, they have blamed the team along with their former Prime Minister Imran Khan. They blamed him for the downfall of their overall cricket in recent years. But, on the same day, the former Pakistani captain got involved in an unfortunate incident. As per reports, he got injured in his own rally in Wazirabad.

Speaking of that incident, it took place at Zafarali Khan Chowk, according to ARY News. Former Pakistan PM Imran Khan was present during his 'freedom' rally in Wazirabad. But, reports are suggesting that a bullet hit his leg during that sudden attack. After the incident, Imran Khan was transferred from the container to a bulletproof vehicle.

He was traveling in an open-top vehicle during the rally. According to several sources, another leader Faisal Javed also had an injury. Several reports also suggested that four others were also injured in the incident. However, the attacker has been arrested already, as per recent reports. 

Speaking about Imran Khan, he played 88 Test matches for Pakistan. In those matches, he scored 3807 runs, at an average of 37.69. Along with it, he played 175 ODIs where he scored 3709 runs, at an average of 33.41. With the ball, Imran Khan took 182 ODI wickets and 362 Test wickets. Imran Khan guided Pakistan to their World Cup glory in 1992. Speaking about the Men in Green, they won the toss and choose to bat against the Proteas. Shadab Khan and Iftikhar Ahmed scored fifties in the match. Shadab Khan scored 52 runs off 22 balls, at a strike rate of 236.36. He hit three fours and four sixes in the match. Therefore, they scored 185 runs for nine wickets in 20 overs.
