Fakhar Zaman only played the last match against the Dutch. He scored 20 runs off 16 balls, including three fours. He batted with a strike rate of 125. So, it can be a huge blow for Babar Azam and his Men for the remaining matches of the World Cup. Speaking about his career, Fakhar Zaman has played 72 T20Is so far for Pakistan. In those matches, he has scored 1369 runs, at an average of 21.73.

But, his strike rate has been 129.02. So, former players and cricket pundits have always wanted him to open the innings while asking Babar Azam to bat at the number three position. However, he did not enjoy a good Asia Cup 2022 campaign with the bat. In six matches, he scored only 96 runs. His only fifty came against Hong Kong in Sharjah. Fakhar Zaman scored 53 runs off 41 balls, including three fours and two sixes. The Pakistani batter scored at a strike rate of 129.26.
