'Carbon copy of Jadeja'- Fans set Twitter ablaze as video of Shaheen Afridi bowling spin goes viral

Pakistan are currently battling Australia in historic series at home. The first match of the series ended in a tame draw. The batters swiftly glided through each innings as there was nothing on offer for the bowlers. Almost 1200 runs were scored in the match and only 14 wickets were taken. Meanwhile, a video is going viral on social media where Shaheen Afridi is seen bowling spin in the nets.

His bowling action reminded fans of Indian all-rounder, Ravindra Jadeja. Shaheen's action was an identical copy of Ravindra Jadeja, which left the fans amused. The video of Afridi bowling spin during the net practice was posted by Indian journalist Bharat Sundaresan. "There’s a lot of Ravindra Jadeja, just a few inches taller, about Shaheen Shah Afridi bowling left-arm spin, the bounce in the hair included," he wrote in the tweet.

The video instantly went viral and gave netizens a chance to have some fun. "Maybe Jadeja took the wrong flight from Mohali and landed in Karachi instead of Bengaluru," a fan hilariously wrote. Another fan added, "Shaheen's bowling action in this clip is a carbon of Jadeja's action."
