Indian skipper and veteran batter Rohit Sharma was on the receiving end of the criticizing remarks after the team’s crushing defeat in the WTC 2023 final against Australia by a big margin of 209 runs. Although Rohit Sharma is now in the headlines of social media for some other reasons off the field.
It all started when Rohit Sharma’s wife Ritika Sajedh happened to tweet about one of the anecdotes related to the former. Ritika revealed the incident when her mobile phone fell into the water and Rohit immediately jumped water to save the phone.
“My phone fell into the water and this guy jumped in to save it,” tweeted Ritika Sajdeh while talking about the phone incident.
