The Indian cricket fans have hit back at Australia's women's wicketkeeper batter Alyssa Healy. She was trying to troll the Indian fans with a cryptic tweet. In the tweet, she took a picture of the word 'Salty' written over a small capacity. Although this might look harmless, she tried to take a dig at the Indian fans trolling Australia for allowing Tahlia McGrath to play.

Ahead of the Gold medal match between India and Australia in the Commonwealth Games 2022, McGrath tested positive for COVID 19. In normal scenarios, she would have been isolated till recovery. However, to the surprise of the Indian fans, she was allowed to play the game albeit she wasn't present in the dressing rooms with the players.

The official statement from the CWG was that the 26-year-old was allowed to play after the consultation with the medical panel.

"McGrath presented to team management with mild symptoms on Sunday and subsequently returned the positive test," the statement said. "She was named in the starting XI at the toss and the World Cricket Governing Council approved her participation in the final.
"Cricket Australia medical staff have implemented a range of comprehensive protocols which will be observed throughout the game and for post-match activity, to minimise the risk of transmission to all players and officials."
After this, the Indian fans took to Twitter and started trolling Australia for the 'double standards'. They pointed out how Novak Djokovic was deported for not taking the COVID 19 vaccine. Now, the Australia women's wicketkeeper batter has tried to troll the Indian fans with a cryptic tweet.
