Couple Dane van Niekerk and Marizanne Kapp enjoying their holidays in Maldives

Dane van Niekerk and Marizanne Kapp are two of the best all-rounders in Women’s cricket. The duo is having the best time of their lives while enjoying a holiday in the Maldives. This is a much-needed break for them after the 2022 Women’s World Cup and before another hectic season of international cricket begins.

The two players are staying at the luxurious South Palm Resort in the Maldives. The resort is located on a private island at the remote, southern tip of the Maldives. Niekerk and Kapp are enjoying the best time of their lives surrounded by white sandy beaches with a clear lagoon and scenic ocean views.

Notably, Kapp has just completed a successful World Cup campaign with South Africa, while Niekerk is recovering from an ankle injury.

Kapp will be next seen in action at the Fairbreak Invitational T20 Tournament to be held in Dubai from the 1^st of May, 2022. This will be the first-ever in Women’s cricket as players from major nations will team up against promising players from Associate nations.

Following the tournament, Kapp is expected to play for South Africa in their tour to England. The tour will take place before the Commonwealth Games will begin in Birmingham. South Africa’s tour of England will comprise a Test, three ODIs, and three T20s.
