Cricket fraternity extend greetings to Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech for becoming parents

On January 25, former India cricketer Yuvraj Singh and his wife Hazel Keech welcomed their first child.

On January 25, former India cricketer Yuvraj Singh and his wife Hazel Keech welcomed their first child. Singh took to Twitter to announce the arrival of the baby boy while Keech took to Instagram and posted the same message. Yuvraj and Hazel got hitched on November 30 in 2016 and welcomed their first baby after five years. The couple sought blessings and requested privacy.

“To all our fans, family and friends, we are elated to share that God blessed us with a baby boy. We thank God for this blessing and wish you to respect our privacy as we welcome the little one into the world. Love Hazel and Yuvraj,” Singh posted on Twitter and Keech on Instagram.

Yuvraj Singh is one of the icons of Indian Cricket. Singh made his ODI debut against Kenya in the pre-quarterfinals of the Knockout Trophy 2000. He was part of the 20-20 World Cup 2007 winning and 2011 50-over Cricket World Cup team. The 40-year-old has played 40 Tests, 304 ODIs, and 58 T20Is in his 19-year-long international career.

As far as his Indian T20 League career is concerned, he played from 2008 to 2019. In June 2019, he announced his retirement from all forms of the game. The two-time World Cup winner went on to play for Toronto Nationals in the Global T20 League Canada. Same Year, he played in the T10 league for Maratha Arabians. He was also part of the India Maharajas in Legends League Cricket but couldn't play a game.
