They say love is a game best played without rules, but in the realm of women's cricket, some players are pushing the limits both on and off the pitch. With same-sex marriage becoming as regular as a well-timed six, it's encouraging to watch love hitting home runs in all directions.

Many couples in the game have done the same thing. Some of the players have married each other, while some female players have partners outside the game of cricket. Nonetheless, the love and closeness between them remain the same.

However, in this article, we will only highlight five couples who have done so. All of them are current-generation cricketers who have performed successfully at the top level.

Here are the five female cricketers in same-sex marriages.
