1. Mustafizur Rahman

Mustafizur Rahman, a left-arm fast bowler from Bangladesh, has been a vital part of the Asian team in the shortest format. Rahman's use of cutters and variations with the ball has proven successful, particularly in the last overs, where he has made it extremely difficult for the batters to hit the big shots around the park.

With three four-wicket hauls and a handful of five-wicket hauls, Rahman has taken 142 wickets at an average of 20.84, a strike rate of 17.1, and an economy rate of 7.30 in 112 innings of the shortest format.

2. Babar Hayat

A surprising name in the list has been that of this batter from Hong Kong, Babar Hayat. Babar Hayat made a massive impact in the 2016 T20 Asia Cup, including a 122 that remains one of the competition’s biggest individual scores. 

In just five matches, he has aggregated a total of 235 runs with an average of 47. He can be the go-to batter for the Hong Kong side and certainly one of the most prized wickets for the Bangla bowlers in the game.

3. Litton Das

Litton Das, the wicket-keeper batsman and captain of Bangladesh, has been in red-hot form. Two half-centuries let the right-handed batsman smash 145 runs in three innings with a maximum score of 73 in the recently concluded T20 International series against the Netherlands.

Thanks to 14 half-centuries with the highest score of 83 runs, Das has amassed 2437 runs at an average of about 24 and a strike rate of 126.46 in 108 innings in his career. He will be a batter to keep an eye on.
