Australia A vs Sri Lanka A: Unofficial Test series 2025: Full schedule, timings, squads and live streaming details

After a hard-fought One-Day series, Australia A and Sri Lanka A will lock horns against each other in the two-match Unofficial Test series starting from July 13. Australia A won the three-match Unofficial ODI series by a 2-1 margin, winning the deciding One-Day by seven wickets.

Australia A will have the same set of players that competed in the One-Dayers, also featuring in Tests. These are crucial matches for the players from both teams as good performances for the A teams pave the way for the inclusion in the senior team more often than not.

Australia A have players with international experience in their line-up with players like Matt Renshaw, Kurtis Patterson, Nathan McSweeney and Billy Stanlake. On the other hand, Sri Lanka A also boasts of a decent squad, with Pasindu Sooriyabandara appointed the captain of the team.

Both matches, like the One-Day series, will be played at the Marrara Cricket Ground in Darwin. The first unofficial Test will get underway on July 13 (Sunday) while the second and final Test will be played from July 20 (Sunday). The matches will start at 6 AM IST (10 AM local time) on all days of the Test match.
