Star Indian batter Suryakumar Yadav made it to the social media headlines for his antics in Mumbai ahead of India vs Sri Lanka at the Wankhede Stadium on Thursday, November 2. Suryakumar Yadav left everyone in shock when he went to interview the fans as a cameraman at the Marine Drive with a mask and glasses to keep himself unrecognised.

In an interesting line of events, none of the fans could recognize him and his pictures of appearance at the Marine Drive also started making rounds on social media as soon as it was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by a user.

It also attracted a lot of hilarious reactions from cricket fans on the microblogging as the pictures went viral.

 

Suryakumar Yadav to be in action for India against Sri Lanka 

Talking about cricket, Suryakumar Yadav has gotten a chance to play for India in the last two matches out of the total 6 matches, they played in the ongoing ODI World Cup 2023. He was unfortunate in the match against New Zealand, in which he got run out following a misunderstanding with former Indian skipper Virat Kohli.

Later in his second ODI World Cup 2023 appearance, against England, he scored the crucial 49 runs on the tough surface of the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow to help India post a total of 229 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the allotted 50 overs.

Now, SKY will be in action for Team India in the next match of their ODI World Cup 2023. The men in blue will take on Sri Lanka tomorrow, Thursday, November 2 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Currently, Rohit Sharma’s men are running unbeaten in the tournament with 6 successive wins in the 6 matches they played so far. They are currently on the top of the points table in the ongoing prestigious cricket quadrennial.
