Champions Trophy 2025

The ICC Champions Trophy is set to make its comeback after eight years. The tournament will be played in Pakistan and the UAE from February 19 to March 9. A total of eight teams will take part in the competition and they have been divided into two groups of four each. India, Pakistan, New Zealand and Bangladesh are part of Group A while South Africa, England, Australia and Afghanistan comprise Group B.

A total of 15 One-Day Internationals will be played over the course of three weeks with the semifinals scheduled to be played March 4 and March 5 with the final of March 9. All the matches will get underway at 2:30 PM IST irrespective of the venue. For the unversed, Pakistan are the defending champions having lifted the trophy in 2017 beating arch-rivals India in the final.
