Cricket Australia chairman of selectors George Bailey has disclosed that the star all-rounder Glenn Maxwell will make his comeback in the forthcoming T20I series against India for the last three games after a wrist fracture he sustained recently.

Meanwhile, star pacer Ben Dwarshuis will return for the last two T20Is, with keeper-batter Josh Philippe included for all five T20Is. Also, the surprising talking point has been the inclusion of the Western Australia's young pacer Mahli Beardman, who will be a part of the squad in the last three T20Is.

Beardman, the 20-year-old pacer, has played only five List A games and a few BBL games in his professional career, having scalped five wickets in two One-Day Cup games for Western Australia this summer.

Also, star pacer Josh Hazlewood will return to the Sheffield Shield campaign after the conclusion of the second T20I, while his colleague Sean Abbott will leave the T20I squad after the third game.

Delving into the details of the ODI squad, Marnus Labuschagne will leave the squad to participate in the Sheffield Shield competition. On the other hand, Jack Edwards and Matthew Kunhemann have been roped into the squad. Also, keeper-batter Josh Inglis will join the squad for the final ODI.
