IPL 2025: 3 Players to watch out for in CSK vs MI Match 3

Chennai Super Kings will take on Mumbai Indians in the third match of the IPL 2025 season at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Sunday, March 23.

Led by Ruturaj Gaikwad, Chennai Super Kings had a poor season last year with seven wins and as many losses, ending at the fifth rank. In the previous season, they played against MI once, winning by 20 runs.

On the other hand, Mumbai Indians, led by Hardik Pandya, finished with the wooden spoon in IPL 2024 with four wins and 10 losses, accumulating a total of eight points. They would be aiming to reverse their fortunes this time around.

In the first game of IPL 2025, Mumbai Indians will be led by Suryakumar Yadav with Hardik Pandya facing a ban due to a repeated slow-over rate offense in IPL 2024.

Speaking about their head-to-head record, a total of 37 games have been played between these two sides with CSK winning 17 games while Mumbai Indians managed to take a lead with 20 victories.

On that note, let’s take a look at three players to watch out for in the Chennai Super Kings vs Mumbai Indians game, Match 3.
