IPL 2025: All you need to know about Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB)

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have appointed a brand new captain in Rajat Patidar this season. They are still eyeing their maiden triumph and will enter the 18th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) with a renewed vigour and an aim to lift the elusive trophy. They made it to the playoffs last season and will be looking to go a couple of steps further this time.

RCB will start their IPL 2025 campaign with a blockbuster clash against defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders on the opening day of the season. They are scheduled to play only two of their matches in the afternoon - against Rajasthan Royals and Punjab Kings on April 13 and 20, respectively.

RCB will face twice against KKR, Chennai Super Kings, Delhi Capitals, PBKS, and RR this season and only once against the rest of the teams.
