New Update
Pakistan ODI Tri-Series

Pakistan have announced their squad for the upcoming Champions Trophy and will now be in action in a tri-nation series alongside South Africa and New Zealand. The series will consist of four matches, all set to be played in Pakistan. It is scheduled to begin on 8th February in Lahore, with the final set to take place on 12th February in Karachi.

As the primary host of the upcoming Champions Trophy, this series presents a great opportunity for the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to showcase the recent upgrades made at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and National Bank Stadium in Karachi. Additionally, it serves as a crucial preparatory platform for all three teams ahead of the marquee event.

Defending Champions Trophy winners Pakistan have been in superb form in the 50-over format, recently securing a 2-1 series win over reigning world champions Australia in Australia, a 2-1 victory against Zimbabwe in Zimbabwe, and a commanding 3-0 triumph over South Africa in South Africa.

For South Africa, this series will be a significant test and an opportunity for redemption. Meanwhile, New Zealand enter the tournament with confidence after registering a 2-1 series win at home against Sri Lanka in their last ODI assignment.
