Royal Challengers Bengaluru IPL 2025 Full Schedule

The team management of the Royal Challengers Bengaluru stunned everyone as they announced Rajat Patidar as their new skipper for the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League. They would be looking forward to improving their performance from last year where they had qualified for the playoffs but could not secure the title.

Bengaluru did not retain a lot of players but did pretty well at the mega auctions. They have made some big purchases in the likes of Phil Salt, Liam Livingstone, Jitesh Sharma and the T20 veteran, Bhuvneshwar Kumar.

The Challengers will have a tough start to the season with an opening encounter with the defending champs, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), that too in an away game. They have another difficult territory to conquer in a clash with the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in Chennai in their second game of the season.

Finally, they return to host their first home game to Gujarat Titans (GT) on April 2 before they are on wheels again as they clash with Mumbai Indians (MI) at Wankhede. Delhi Capitals (DC) would then be their eventual opponents in another home game.

Jaipur is the next destination for RCB as they clash with Rajasthan Royals (RR) on April 13 in their first day game. Their next two successive games are against the same opponents, Punjab Kings (PBKS), first in a home game and then next in an away game.

In the return leg of the tournament, RCB faces RR, DC and CSK on April 24, April 27 and May 3 respectively. The Challengers then reach Lucknow to play against the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG).

Benefitting from the schedule, the business end of the tournament may come in handy for the RCB as they have the last two league stage games as home games against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and KKR.
