India and Australia are locking horns in the ongoing high-voltage final of the ODI World Cup 2023, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The Aussies have scored 99 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 19 overs, having Marnus Labuschagne and Travis Head there in the middle at the individual scores of 43 and 13 runs, respectively. Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah have scalped 1 and 2 wickets, respectively for India.

Meanwhile, the reaction of Aussie batter Mitchell Marsh after his dismissal has also gone viral over social media; it has also left cricket fans in a lot of speculations. It all happened when Marsh nicked and got out on Jasprit Bumrah’s delivery in the fifth over, getting caught by the wicketkeeper KL Rahul.

Subsequently, on his way back to the pavilion from the crease after getting dismissed, Marsh winked towards KL Rahul; now, the video of this particular moment is also making rounds on social media as soon as it was shared by a few cricket fans over X (formerly Twitter).

Speaking of the action of the ongoing final between India and Australia, the Aussie skipper Pat Cummins won the toss and asked India to bat first; batting first, the hosts posted a total of 240 runs, losing all wickets in the allotted 50 overs in the first innings. Skipper Rohit Sharma once again provided a quick start to India, scoring 47 runs off 31 balls, with 4 fours and 3 sixes.

Apart from Rohit Sharma, former skipper Virat Kohli and wicketkeeper-batter KL Rahul also scored crucial half-centuries, with 54 and 66 runs, respectively to help India post a respectable total of 240 runs in 50 overs.

The veteran pacer Mitchell Starc scalped three wickets for Australia, alongside two wickets each picked by Josh Hazlewood and skipper Pat Cummins. Apart from these, Glenn Maxwell and Adam Zampa also bagged one scalp each.
