The third season of the Women’s Premier League (WPL 2025) is right around the corner, starting February 14. The second match of the tournament will be played between rivals Mumbai Indians-women (MI-W) and Delhi Capitals women (DC-W) at the Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara.

MI-W defeated DC-W in the final of the very first WPL season in 2023, and since then, both clubs have faced each other five times in WPL history, with Mumbai Indians W defeating Delhi Capitals Women three times and Delhi Capitals Women winning once.
