The third edition of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) is set to start on February 14, with the defending champions, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), facing Gujarat Giants in the opening match. A total of 22 matches will be played over 30 days in this edition, as five teams compete for the title.

WPL 2025: Format
During the league stage, each franchise will play against every other team twice. Once the league stage is over, the top team will advance straight to the final, while the teams finishing in second and third place will compete in the Eliminator for the last spot in the final.
WPL 2025: Venues
The tournament will take place in four cities: Vadodara, Bengaluru, Lucknow, and Mumbai. The tournament will begin with six matches in Vadodara, followed by eight in Bengaluru. Lucknow and Mumbai will each host four games.
