Former Indian cricket icon Yuvraj Singh’s mother's house was robbed recently. The cops have named two house helps as initial suspects in the case. According to reports, Shabnam Singh the mother of Yuvraj has noted that INr 75,000 and a few precious jewels are missing.
As per the complaint filed by Shabnam Singh, the two house helpers, Lalita Devi and S Dass, stopped coming to work after the incident. This raised doubts and a police complaint was duly filed against the absconding duo.
Yuvraj Singh in the meanwhile is set to step back onto the field. The dashing left-handed batter will be seen playing in the Legends Cricket Trophy for New York Superstar Strikers. Sri Lanka is set to host the tournament with a host of star names set to take part.

House helps Lalita Devi and S Dass have been apprehended for robbing Yuvraj Singh’s house. The former Indian cricketer’s mother has complained of her items being stolen when she wasn’t present.
The incident in question seems to have taken place towards the end of last year. The police were quick to spring into action and lodge a complaint. The SHO of the Mansa Devi Police Station while speaking to the media said “If we disclose everything to the media, how will we apprehend the thieves”
India’s former cricket star has been named the icon player for New York Superstar Strikers. The second season of the Legend’s Cricket Trophy is set to take place in Sri Lanka soon. A statement from the team read “Yuvraj’s addition enriches the squad with a depth of expertise, Skill, leadership, fortifying NY Superstar Striker’s readiness to lead in the upcoming edition of the tournament”
According to reports, the tournament is set to begin on the 8th of March in Kandy. Other former India stars like Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, and Ambati Rayudu will also be part of the tournament. The likes of Chris Gayle, Sanath Jayasuriya, and Shahid Afridi will be playing with a host of other big names.
