Former South African fast bowler Dale Steyn gave a perfect reply to a fan who called Jasprit Bumrah a better bowler than him. The Twitter banter started when the user replied to a post put up by Steyn.
The 38-year-old posted a photo of himself with a giant fish, which he probably caught himself. "Get on the gram if you wanna see more of this or wanna win big in my second last post… Instagram DaleSteyn," he wrote in the caption. The user then commented saying, "Bumrah is better than you."
Responding to this, Steyn agreed with the user's comment, but also made sure to remind them that he is retired. "Im sure he is, I’m retired," he said.

Indian T20 League
Meanwhile, Jasprit Bumrah is currently playing with the Mumbai team in the Indian T20 League. The men in blue and gold have played four games in the season so far and have lost all of them. They stand last in the points table. They play their next game against Punjab on Wednesday at the Maharashtra Cricket Stadium in Pune. Mumbai will be looking forward to getting their first win of the season.
Dale Steyn, on the other hand, is the fast bowling coach of the Hyderabad team. The support staff of the orange army has Brian Lara, Tom Moddy and Muttiah Muralitharan, apart from Steyn. All these former cricketers will be vital in the think tank of the team. They stand eighth on the points table with two wins in four matches. They did not have the best start to the season but got into the rhythm eventually. Hyderabad lost their first two games, but bounced back with wins in the next two games.
