The second Test between Pakistan and New Zealand has been an enthralling affair so far with New Zealand having a lead of 117 runs in the second innings till lunch on Day 4. The kiwis went from 345/9 to 449 all out in the first innings courtesy of a 104-run stand between tailenders Ajaz Patel and Matt Henry.
Seeing the kiwi tail stitching a good partnership for the tenth wicket, Pakistan commentator Bazid Khan reminisced about another 10th wicket stand of New Zealand involving Danny Morrison. However, he mistakenly called him ‘Dani Daniels’ who is an ‘adult-film star’. The video of the incident has been going viral all over the internet as Bazid became a laughing stock.
In an interesting turn of events, Dani Daniels herself has reacted to the viral clip. Daniels took to Twitter on Thursday and wrote, ‘Put me in coach! 😏😂🤍’.
Bazid Khan is a former Pakistan cricketer who represented the country in one Test and 5 ODIs. He was talking about the highest tenth wicket stand of New Zealand between BF Hastings and RO Collinge of 151 against Pakistan in Auckland in 1973. Bazid thought Danny Morrison was involved in it and hence took his name on air which led to the eventual mishap.
