Pakistan and India's new T20I kits have been the talk of the town over the last few days. A lot of fans from both countries aren't liking their respective national team's kits. A lot of memes have been circulating on social media criticizing the new kits. Meanwhile, former Pakistan cricketer Danish Kaneria has also joined the ban of people taking a dig at the kits.

The former leggie said that his national side's kit looks like a watermelon. He compared the kit to an android game 'Fruit Ninja'. For the unversed, it is a game where players need to cut different fruits with a sword. Kaneria said that the kit was made after mixing muskmelon with watermelon and feels that the kit should be Dark Green.

The 41-year-old also spoke about the newly-launched India kit. He said that rather than light blue, it must be a darker one. The Karachi player compared the light blue to their bowling in the first T20I against Australia.

"First, I have to talk about the kit of Pakistan. It seems like watermelon...there is a game called 'fruit ninja', there you cut fruits...it seems they have mixed muskmelon and watermelon and made the shirts. It should be proper green, dark green. Aisa matlab ki fruit ki dukaan pe khade hai (It seems we are standing in a fruit shop). The Indian team's jersey is also light colour, it should be dark coloured. It brings a vibe. In dull colours, you look dull. Like how dull Indian team looked in their bowling," Kaneria added.

In the first T20I, the Men In Blue failed to defend 208 runs. Bowlers such as Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Harshal Patel, Yuzvendra Chahal, Umesh Yadav, and Hardik Pandya traveled the journey. The team will be looking to make amends in the second game on September 23. Rohit Sharma's men are looking to level the three-match series.
