Finally, the Indian team management has dropped the senior batter KL Rahul from the playing XI of the ongoing third of the four-match Test series against Australia. Young batter Shubman Gill has replaced the 30-year-old for the penultimate fixture of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Subsequently, the management has also roped in Umesh Yadav in place of senior pacer Mohammed Shami.
Returning to KL Rahul, the fans took his omission as an opportunity to troll him; they took to Twitter to come up with many exciting reactions on both the Indian management and the Karnataka batter.

Having replaced KL Rahul, Shubman will be under tremendous pressure to perform to justify his call or else he loses his place. He has to prove his chance.
