It will be named as the ‘Captains Day’. This briefing session will be organized on the 4th of October, just a day before the commencement of the tournament opener between England and New Zealand.

Speaking of the hosts, India, they are set to be in action in the upcoming Asia Cup 2023, in which they will start their run with the first match against the arch-rivals Pakistan. Both teams will lock horns in this high-octane clash at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium on Saturday, the 2nd of September.
