"Disappointed with Taj Mahal Mumbai's food quality - served poorly thrice even after addressing it to the staff multiple times. Expected better from such a renowned establishment. Management needs to step up and address this issue immediately," wrote Jhulan Goswami in a tweet from her official Twitter handle.

It seemed that Jhulan didn’t look happy with the service from the hotel staff as they didn’t improve the quality of food even after she addressed it several times.

Although the hotel management took immediate notice of Jhulan’s concern and they responded to the disappointment expressed by the former legendary cricketer.

“Thank you for writing to us and for expressing your concerns. We deeply regret the less-than-perfect experience. We request you to share your contact details with us via DM so our concerned team can connect with you for further details,” wrote Taj Mahal Palace management in response to Jhulan’s tweet.

Later on, Jhulan herself took to Twitter and appreciated the response and assurances given by the management

“I appreciate the immediate response and the assurances,” replied the 40-year-old former pacer.
