Star Indian speedster Jasprit Bumrah is once again on the gaining end of the brutal trolling on the micro-blogging site Twitter. It all started when the media reports learned that the Indian management is not going to risk Bumrah’s inclusion in the Australian ODIs. So, this possibility transliterates into the fact that he will be seen straightly in the Indian T20 League 2023 edition.
The 29-year-old pacer is missing from action in international cricket since the Asia Cup 2022. He was also ruled out of the 20-20 World Cup 2022 followed by the omission from the big ongoing Test series against Australia.
The media reports on the behalf of Indian Cricket Board about the exclusion of Jasprit Bumrah from the squad have come up as an opportunity to troll him brutally. It is also because of his regular unavailability for the national side of the Indian Team at the highest level of the game.
Here’s how fans reacted:

Bumrah will be missing BGT because team management does not want to hurry him up after a long injury. However, he will be very likely playing 14 matches in the IPL which is very dangerous for such injury prone pacer. Are 12 crore rupees bigger than a World Cup? #CricketTwitter

Talking about the Indian team, they are currently in action in the four-Test Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia. Rohit Sharma’s men are leading the series by a margin of 1-0 with a massive and convincing win by innings and 132 runs in the first Test. The fixture at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur ended on the third day as the Aussies got bundled up with only a score of 91 runs.
Now, both teams will lock horns in the second Test at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi on Friday, the 17th of February later this week.
Coming back to Jasprit Bumrah, the pacer is currently going through a recovery from the stress fracture that he sustained having three-match T20I series around the corner last year in 2022.
If everything falls in place for him, Bumrah will appear for the five-time Indian T20 League champions Mumbai under the captaincy of national skipper Rohit Sharma.
