The Indian squad for the India tour of Ireland has been announced. The squad consists of 17 players which will play two T20Is. They were also expected to be part of the Indian team in the ongoing series but were omitted.

Meanwhile, there have been a few players who were expected to be selected for the European tour, after all, they had done in the Indian T20 League 2022. However, they were omitted from the selection, especially with the first-choice players not being part of the series. In this listicle, we will discuss five players who were unlucky to miss out on the selection.
