Former Pakistan star wicketkeeper-batter Moin Khan has come up with a big statement and has thrown some massive allegations at the Indian Cricket Board amidst the ongoing tussle with the Pakistan Cricket Board. In a recent interaction with the journalists, Khan advised Pakistan to not visit India even for World Cup if the former denies touring Pakistan to play Asia Cup.
He also alleged the Indian Cricket Board of dominating the other cricket boards with ‘extortion of money’.
“If India does not come to Pakistan to play the Asia Cup, then Pakistan should not go either for the World Cup. I think the Pakistan Cricket Board should oppose this. India cannot impose its will on other cricket boards by extortion of money. Cricket should be played, and for this, there should be a discussion in the boards of India and Pakistan,” said Moin Khan while addressing the media recently.

Tensions increasing between the Indian Cricket Board and PCB
Notably, the cricket boards of both countries are in tension with each other for the last couple of months. This entire issue is for the finalization of the venue of the Asia Cup 2023 which is scheduled to play in Pakistan from the 2nd of September 2023.
Whereas, just a few days after the completion of the Asia Cup, all cricketing powerhouses will be locking horns in the mega ODI World Cup 2023 in India.
Earlier, the Indian Cricket Board secretary and the President of Asian cricket’s governing body, Jay Shah dropped a bombshell by making a big statement that India will not tour Pakistan for the 16th edition of the Asia Cup. Subsequently, a series of statements from both sides started from the former PCB chief Ramiz Raja and his successor Najam Sethi as well.
Apart from that, the Indian Cricket Board also cleared just a few weeks ago that if Pakistan will visit India to play World Cup 2023, the Indian Cricket Board will assure their visa approvals from the government of India.
