India and Australia are all set to lock horns in the much-anticipated summit clash of the Test Championship 2023 final at the Kennington Oval in London. Both teams will play this match on the 7^th of June. Notably, both teams have announced their squads for this title clash of the second edition of the Test Championship.

Meanwhile, the cash-rich franchise tournament Indian Premier League 2023 is also underway; so, there are a few Australian players who might not be seen in the later stage of the tournament due to their obligations and commitments for the national side of Australia. Cricket Australia already instructed the players about their early return for the preparations of the Test Championship final against India.

here we’ll have a look at the four Aussie cricketers who could leave their IPL franchise teams mid-way through the tournament for the final against India.

Cameron Green (Mumbai Indians)

The young batting all-rounder Cameron Green is currently in action with the five-time champions Mumbai Indians during the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League. He has been brilliant both with the bat and the ball in the last two matches for MI scoring unbeaten 64 runs followed by a knock of 67 runs against Punjab Kings in the last match.

But it is also notable that Green is a part of the Australian squad that will play the Test Championship final against India. So, he might have to fly straight to England to take up the national duties for his side.

Josh Hazlewood (Royal Challengers Bangalore)

The veteran New South Wales pacer Josh Hazlewood is a part of the Royal Challengers Bangalore squad in the ongoing 16^th edition of the Indian Premier League. Although he hasn’t appeared in any match of the tournament so far for RCB the team might pick him in the playing XI during upcoming matches of the tournament.

Meanwhile, he was also picked in the national squad of Australia for the title clash of the Test Championship. So, it might end his stint with RCB in IPL 2023 before the knockout stage of the tournament citing his obligations.

David Warner (Delhi Capitals)

The 36-year-old veteran Aussie Southpaw David Warner is currently leading the Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League 2023 in the absence of their regular skipper Rishabh Pant. He has impressed everyone with his stunning batting performances in the tournament so far. Warner has scored 306 runs in seven innings of the seven matches with a decent average of 43.71 including four half-centuries to his name.

Warner has also played a crucial role in Delhi’s comeback in the tournament after five consecutive losses as they won the last two matches successively. But in utter dismay for the DC fans, the senior batter might miss the later part of the tournament owing to the preparations for the Test Championship final.

Mitchell Marsh (Delhi Capitals)

The Perth all-rounder is also appearing for David Warner-led Delhi Capitals in the current season of the Indian Premier League. He has picked a couple of wickets with the ball in the tournament including a crucial knock in the last match against Sunrisers Hyderabad in a low-scoring affair.

Marsh is also among the Australians who were picked in the national squad of Australia for the Test Championship final against India.
