The star GT opener Shubman Gill has amazed everyone with his sensational batting throughout the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League 2023. He is currently just in the second spot on the list of the leading run-scorers in the current season; Gill is only behind Faf du Plessis by a margin of 8 runs to become the highest run-scorer in the tournament.
Apart from that, Gill has made it to the headlines of social media for his recent statement about the former cricketers. He was asked about the powers he would like to take on from the veterans of the game of the retired Indian cricketers.
Answering the question, the 23-year-old happened to say that “he would like to take thinking of MS Dhoni, the body language of Virat Kohli alongside Rohit Sharma’s calmness and confidence of Hardik Pandya.”
Subsequently, a section of cricket fans took this statement of Gill as an opportunity to come up with some interesting and hilarious reactions on the micro-blogging site Twitter.
