Team India is gearing up to conquer Asia as the 2023 Asia Cup is set to kick off in less than a week's time. The Men in Blue will open their campaign with a blockbuster clash against arch-rivals Pakistan on September 2 in Kandy. Rohit Sharma and Co. will be looking to dominate the continental event as it turns out to be a big preparation for the upcoming ODI World Cup, starting on October 5.

Before flying to Sri Lanka for the premier Asian Cricket Tournament, the Indian players arrived in Bengaluru for a training camp in Alur. One of the fittest and greatest athletes in the modern era, Virat Kohli has proved that he is fully fit by passing the ‘Yo-Yo Test’ with flying colours.

There were no doubts about Kohli's fitness and cricket fans were not surprised that he cleared the Test. However, the former Indian captain, who first introduced the method to the Indian cricket team during his captaincy reign, took to social media to express his joy at winning the Test. “The happiness of finishing the Yo Yo test between the dreaded cones. 17.2 done,” wrote Kohli on Instagram.
