Speaking of the match, Al-Nassr came up with the lineup of 4-2-3-1 having Ronaldo in the forward position on the field. Whereas their opponents fielded a lineup of 4-3-3 at the beginning of the match.
Jean-David Beauguel registered the first goal on the scoreline for Al-Wehda. He registered this one in an amazing field-goal effort in the 23rd minute of the match. Al-Wehda maintained this lead till half-time of the match.
Later on, in the second half, they faced a big blow when Abdullah Al-Hafith was booked by the referee and given a red card in the 53rd minute of the match leaving team with the 10 players on the field.
