World Test Championship

The World Test Championship is all set to enter its third edition which will be played from the ongoing year of 2023 to 2025. Currently, Australia and India are locking in the high-octane final Test of the World Test Championship 2021-23 cycle at The Oval in London. Notably, it is the second consecutive time when India made it to the finals of the World Test Championship.

Speaking of the next cycle of the World Test Championship, it will include a total of 67 matches in the group phase followed by a conclusion of the tournament with a final in the form of only a Test.

The next series of the World Test Championship will kick off the upcoming greatest rivalry of The Ashes between England and Australia. Both teams will play a five-match Test series in the quest of keeping urn with them.

Coming back to India, one of the prime highlights for Team India in the WTC 2023-25 cycle will be their five-match Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia which will be the first-ever bilateral Test series of five matches between both teams.

With said that, here we’ll have a look at the schedule of India for the next cycle of the World Test Championship from 2023 to 2025.

Here’s a look at India’s schedule for WTC 2023-25 cycle:
